Farmers Body Says Will Approach Supreme Court Over Bail To Minister's Son
Farmer leader Rakesh Tikait has told NDTV that the Sanyukt Kisan Morcha will approach the Supreme Court soon over the bail granted to Ashish Mishra, the murder accused son of the Junior Home Minister Ajay Mishra Teni . The farmers' body held a meeting in Lakhimpur earlier today where the decision was taken. Ashish Mishra , accused of murdering four farmers and a journalist last October, was given bail by the Lucknow bench of the Allahabad high court last week and is likely to walk out of jail today.
