Farmers In Telangana's Nirmal Block Roads, Detain RDO In Ethanol Industry Protest
In Telangana's Nirmal district, farmers had been protesting for 12 hours, blocking roads in Dilawarpur. The farmers have been fighting against the ethanol industry for eight months, they had detained RDO Ratna Kalyani for six hours, refusing to release her until the collector arrives. The protesters, including women and farmers, were sitting on the road, surrounded by vehicles. Four villages participated in the protest.
