Farmers on the warpath in Jaipur
A confrontation is building up between farmers from Ganganagar and the Rajasthan government over the lack of water in the Indira Gandhi canal. The farmers, who are being backed by the CPI(M), are scheduled to hold a demonstration in front of the state assembly in Jaipur on Thursday.
