Commerce Minister Anand Sharma says the FDI debate touched new lows in Rajya Sabha with the BJP bringing the government down to ridicule. In an exclusive interview to NDTV's Shweta Rajpal Kohli, he accused the Opposition of vitiating the environment, scaring away foreign investors and dragging down the economy. He also says if every executive decision is put to vote, the country will be ungovernable.
