FDI in retail if kiranas are secure: Sahai
The organised retail is turning out to be a political hot potato and the Cabinet seems to be divided.A report commissioned by the government, namely ICRIER report, says that Kiranawalas (small retail stores) could be hurt but the government has come out in defence of big retail.The Minister for Food Processing, Subodh Kant Sahai, minced no words even when it came to the farmer.
