Feel Sad Of Every Injury In Kashmir, Pellet Guns Last Resort: CRPF Chief
"If anyone gets injured in action we do feel bad about it; it's not with intent that we do this. When we have to control the situation, we do take action with available resources we have," says CRPF chief Durga Prasad talking about the use of pellet guns in Kashmir. He says if one compares the number of pellet cartridges fired and the number of injured, "it indicates that the intention is never to hit above the waistline".
