Fiat-Tata Motors JV formalised
The Fiat Chairman has indicated in February this year that synergies with Tata Motors will extend to components as well. As Tata Motors and Fiat formalised their joint venture on Thursday to make cars and engines at Ranjangaon, which will see more than Rs 3,600 crore being invested, the backend seems to be falling into place as well.
