Fight against malaria becomes crucial
Health authorities in Maharashtra are gearing up to face the rising number of malaria cases. District health authorities from the nine worst malaria affected areas will meet in Mumbai to come up with an action plan. With nearly 6000 patients admitted in various public hospitals since June this year, Malaria has emerged as the biggest threat this monsoon.
