Filmmaker Shyam Benegal on the Reforms Suggested to CBFC
A committee headed by filmmaker Shyam Benegal has recommended certain reforms to the Central Board of Film Certification recently. Mr Benegal said: "The Central Board of Film Certification is there to certify your film for public release. What we have done is to add to that classification so that there is less ambiguity in the process."
