Former Congress minister Arvinder Singh Lovely who joined BJP recently said that AAP dissolved two boards that use to provide additional funding to loss-making North and East Delhi municipal corporations. This led to a financial crisis of MCD in the state and thus the blame for delay in salaries of teachers and safai karamcharis falls on AAP.
