Financial regulation misdirected, not addressing crucial issues: Josh Lerner
Josh Lerner, Jacob H. Schiff professor of investment banking at Harvard Business School, speaks to NDTV along the sidelines of the World Economic Forum 2013 in Davos about the need for further regulation in the financial sector post the 2008 crisis. According to Mr Lerner, what is more worrying is that the regulation is misdirected and not addressing the really crucial issues.
