Fire breaks out in Jubilee hall minutes after Pranab Mukherjee leaves
Pranab Mukherjee and several Congress MPs and state legislators were present at Jubilee Hall minutes before the fire broke out. A short circuit in the wiring of the 99-year-old building was the reason cited for the fire. It was soon brought under control and officials have been asked to review the wiring in the building.
