They guard our borders and our airports - jawans of the paramilitary forces who are now speaking out about what they call unfair treatment. The Prime Minister's Office today asked for a report on the BSF jawan who claimed the food he was given was inedible. This even as his wife told NDTV he is being targeted and pressured to take back his complaint. However, today a CRPF jawan has gone public with a video on YouTube, asking why their work wasn't treated at par with the army, adding even government school teachers get paid more than them, despite jawans risking their lives.
