"The Indian economy is in such a bad state (now) after a century. Health services are so bad that five crore people don't have soaps to wash their hands. The first debate should be on the country's health infrastructure," says KC Tyagi, adding that the Opposition neither knows how to govern nor how to be in the Opposition.
