In a significant stride towards the ambitious Mumbai-Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail (MAHSR) corridor, National High-Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL) has marked a major breakthrough with another engineering marvel. NHSRCL has successfully completed the first mountain tunnel for the corridor in just 10 months. This tunnel is about a kilometer from Jaroli village in Valsad district of Gujarat. It is 350 metres long, 12.6 m in diameter and 10.25 m high.
