Firsts For Agriculture, Railways In 2019 Budget: NITI Aayog Vice Chairman

"This budget has substantial measures for attracting investment," said NITI Aayog Vice Chairman Rajiv Kumar. "You would've never heard before that the railways would attract private investment in track restructuring and manufacturing rolling stocks", adding that there were several measures for attracting investment in many other sectors. "Zero-budget natural farming will bring down costs in agriculture to a third of what they are, so that we could begin to start exporting," he added.
