FirstSource a strategic buy, more buyouts on the radar: CESC
In conversation with NDTV Profit, Sanjiv Goenka, Vice Chairman, CESC, says that the Firstsource acquisition is a strategic fit that will be earnings accretive. He says the RPG group was looking to diversify into other businesses, away from the power business and found value in the business model of FirstSource. Mr Goenka hinted at further acquisitions in the short term, without revealing more details.
