Five Bihar districts worst hit by flood
Lakhs of people in 15 districts of Bihar are still grappling with the devastating effects of the flooded Kosi river. Five districts - Supaul, Madhepura, Araria, Saharsa and Purnia - have been the worst hit. In these districts more than 27 lakh people in a thousand villages have been affected, according the state government.
