Flip flop over Lokpal draft
Just when it seemed that the draft for the Lokpal bill was done and ready, it turns out there have been more flip flops. It now appears that after even more talks of the standing committee of Parliament, the lower bureaucracy may not be included at all, which comes as a huge setback for Team Anna.
