In Rajasthan, there is a flood-like situation in the districts of Jalore and Barmer due to cyclone Biparjoy. Parts of Rajasthan are witnessing rainfall more than the entire monsoon season. Rivers that have been dry for decades are now gushing with water. NDTV's Harsha Kumari Singh reports.
