Flyover collapse: Blame it on the rain
The Rain God is the main villain. That is what a team of experts that probed the collapse of a flyover in Hyderabad this month has concluded. The report says, nature's fury coupled with poor engineering judgement and inadequate precautionary steps by the contractor, Gammon India, caused the tragedy.
