FM defends delay in clearance for Cairn-Vedanta deal

Talking about the impasse over the controversial $9.6-billion Cairn-Vedanta deal, finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee in an exclusive interview with NDTV, said no investor in this country can expect clearances just because they have submitted proposals.
