FM outlines UPA's strategy to deal with black money
Finance minister Pranab Mukherjee has outlined the UPA government's strategy to deal with black money. The finance minister has indicated that a group has been formed to look into the possibility of an amnesty scheme to encourage people to bring back black money stashed abroad. An amnesty, to such defaulters, would mean they pay taxes on the undisclosed income, without questions asked by the Indian government.
