Focus on implementing SEB reforms: Former Power minister
While the SEB restructuring package is a positive, former power minister Suresh Prabhu warns that it is equally critical to focus on implementing the package and conditons attached to the restructuring package. In particular, Prabhu suggests that SEBs be forced to file their accounts on a quarterly basis so that the financial health of SEBs can now be monitored more closely.
