Fog covers Delhi
The Capital is again shrouded in a thick blanket of fog and it seems to be the worst this season with visibility on the roads less than 50 meters. Flight and train schedules have been hit hard. Not a single flight has taken off or landed and according to airport authorities, normal operations are expected to begin only by 11 am. Many trains are running late by several hours.
