Fog grounds flights at Delhi airport
It was Delhi's first real foggy morning on Tuesday and most flights were either delayed or cancelled. At one point more than 30 planes were waiting to take off.NDTV has learnt that airport officials were also late in putting low visibility procedures into operation.
