For a Chandigarh-Delhi Trip, Haryana Removes Pilot Vehicles of VIPs | Read
The BJP government in Haryana has banned pilot vehicles for VIPs who commute between Delhi and Chandigarh, easing the pressure on traffic as well as the state police. The police brass was told on Tuesday that they need not provide pilot vehicles to VIPs on such occasions. The exception would be VIPs who enjoy Z-plus security, or those who are using the highway have their destination inside the state.
