Prime Minister Narendra Modi today held a massive rally in Manipur's Heingang, the constituency of Chief Minister Biren Singh, and urged people to vote for the double engine sarkar. He also praised the state government for providing over three lakh household with tap water. The Manipur government had put a 2022 deadline to have 100 percent coverage of potable drinking water in the state.
