Forces Encircle Ukraine On Three Sides
"Russian troops on Ukrainian borders are not enough for intervention in Ukraine. Ukrainian army is much bigger than Russian troops around Ukrainian borders," said Ruslan Bortnik, director of the Ukrainian Institute of politics. "I don't see Putin standing down a second time and withdrawing ten thousand troops. We have to plan for the worst," says Ian Kelly, former US ambassador to Georgia.
