Foreign tourists rue harassment
Mahaballipuram is the pride of Tamil Nadu but sadly that's only restricted to the architecture and sculptures and not the treatment meted out to foreign women tourists. The perpetrators regularly target foreign women who travel alone. ''Foreign women are not always wanting to have sex but really like normal women want their privacy,'' said a tourist woman. ''In the bus they try to touch us,'' said another.
