Former speakers to get post-retirement privileges as enjoyed by Vice-President
The benefits include a home in Delhi, free business class travel in India and much more. The decision to amend the law comes after two former speakers - Somnath Chatterjee and PA Sangma asked for these benefits, but many have asked why should the exchequer should pay for these freebies?
