Fourth anniversary: UPA to unleash media blitz
On Thursday the central government completes four years in power and with elections less then a year away, the UPA is doing what any political party does- plans to unleash a media blitz. The UPA government is four years old and quickly learning from the past. Its schemes for the common man haven't been too publicised.
