The National Conference has released its manifesto for the upcoming Jammu And Kashmir Assembly polls. This comes just days after the Election Commission of India announced the dates for the elections in the union territory. National Conference has made a major promise about jobs for 1 lakh youth, 200 units free power has also been promised. Six guarantees have been listed by the National Conference repealing of Public Safety Act.
