Gaurav Jain, SVP, South Asia, Reckitt explained how the role of the Dettol brand, one of the most trusted brands in India, has evolved during the pandemic. From focussing on education about COVID-19, be it spreading the message of handwashing, wearing a mask, maintaining social distance to now being the harbinger of hope in times of gloom and doom. The brand has been running a campaign to identify COVID-19 warriors who have been doing excellent work and recognising 100 fantastic stories of these Heroes by featuring them on the Dettol pack.
