The state-owned oil marketing companies (OMCs) on Wednesday yet again increased domestic fuel prices. According to the details listed on the oil retailer's website, petrol and diesel prices have been hiked by up to 39 paise and 23 paise, respectively. With new prices coming into effect, petrol has breached Rs. 100-mark in Delhi and Kolkata, retailing at Rs. 100.21 a litre and Rs. 100.23 a litre, respectively. In the national capital Delhi, diesel became dearer by 17 paise a litre from 89.36 a litre to Rs. 89.53 a litre.
