FX borrowing norms need further amendment: Ansal API

The RBI has relaxed norms for FX borrowings for low cost home projects however developers seem to be far from happy. Ansal API feels that the limitation of maximum carpet area for housing units set at 60 square meters is not a feasible norm and requires amendment to allow developers to take advantage of this situation
