Consensus over the G20 New Delhi Leaders' declaration was reached only last night - after lengthy negotiations with Russia and China and hours before world leaders met for the first session - Amitabh Kant, India's sherpa, told NDTV Saturday evening. Mr Kant told NDTV he had personally attended over 200 meetings in search of a joint communication from G20 leaders.
