GAAR should be implemented judiciously: Aditya Birla Group
Commenting on the development of GAAR deferment, DD Rathi, Group Executive President of Aditya Birla Group said that it will improve market sentiment. "We all have to hope that more objectivity and balanced view would be taken by the tax authority on GAAR. My emphasis would be on most appropriate, impartial and equitable execution of the law and the onus has now shifted to tax authorities," he added.
