'GAAR to hit Indian markets, P-note issuers'
Nicholas De Boursac, CEO at Asia Security Industry & Financial Markets Association (ASIFMA) says the changes in GAAR will affect indirect transfer of funds by the FIIs in the Indian markets. This will hit flow of FIIs in India.
