India is a $80 million gaming market. Today less than five per cent is in white. But with so many big corporates entering and a growth projection at $336 million by 2009 there is no ignoring India.
"We recognise the potential of India as a gaming market. We realised that it is a growing economy and a large percentage of the population is young. India is also a very aware target audience," said Peter Moore, Vice President, Microsoft.
