Gang-rape in Noida, two constables among four arrested

A woman was allegedly gang-raped last night at an apartment in Noida in Uttar Pradesh, just across the border from Delhi. Four people, including two constables have been arrested. The survivor filed a police case this morning against the men who allegedly beat her up, raped her and stole her money and ATM card.
