Gangster-turned-MLA held for extortion

Arun Gawli, MLA from the Akhil Bharatiya Sena is now in the grasp of the Mumbai Crime Branch, arrested on charges of extortion. Gawli, the gangster-turned-MLA was later presented at the Esplande court and remanded to police custody till May 2. The Mumbai Police, which arrested him twice before but failed to lodge cases against on him said that this time they have got it right.
