Every year, money collected from many Ganpati mandals is used for a social cause. This year, many mandals are giving a part of their 10-day collections towards relief for Bihar's flood victims. Lakhs of devotees, queuing up at one of Mumbai's most famous Ganpati mandals, during the 10-day festival. Most of them generous contributors, giving money that mandals usually use towards social causes.
