Garba Vigilantes Above The Law?
Three Muslim men were thrashed for allegedly entering a garba pandal in Madhya Pradesh's Ujjain. Bajrang Dal members are carrying out searches at garba pandals, checking people's identity cards. They claim the Muslim men were seen making videos of women at the pandal, and were handed over to the police. In Gujarat, six people were injured in stone-throwing during Navratri celebrations at a village last night. The police said all the accused are being identified and strict action will be taken. A large police force has been deployed in the village.
