Gender Equality Still Remains A Challenge: Smriti Irani
Speaking at the India Economic Summit, Union Minister for Textiles Smriti Irani unequivocally made it clear that gender equality is a challenge that needs to be addressed. According to the Minister for Textiles though discussion on gender equality are encouraging but the basic fairy tale which stereotypes a woman who needs rescuing needs to undergo a change.
