Genpact to acquire Headstrong for $550 million
Outsourcing giant Genpact will acquire consulting and IT services firm Headstrong Corporation for a cash consideration of $550 million. The transaction is being funded by a combination of existing cash and acquisition financing, and is expected to close by May 31, 2011, subject to customary regulatory and other conditions, Genpact said.
