Girl burnt in acid attack, fights for life
The Warangal district police in Andhra Pradesh have arrested Srinivas, who allegedly poured acid on a final year engineering college student. The 21-year-old victim is battling for life in a Hyderabad hospital but even if she survives, she will be maimed for life. She has lost her eyesight. Swapnika is admitted in the acute medical care ward inside Yashoda Hospital in Hyderabad oscillating between life and death with 55 per cent burns.
