A law college in Jammu has come into focus after one of its third-semester girls was arrested with a consignment of explosives.Naheeda, who is in her early twenties, was held on Friday when she was traveling in the family car along with her parents from Poonch to Jammu.An under-barrel grenade launcher and eight grenades were found in the vehicle.
