#GLAadventure's Food Trail: It's Time for Some African Cuisine

Team Africa - Sirish Chandran, Editor, evo India Magazine and Editorial Director, Project GTO Publishing and Ouseph Chacko, Assistant Editor, evo India Magazine head out from Marrakesh and start their sojourn to the Tizi-n-Test pass. The team makes a stopover at an Atlas Mountain shack and tries Africa's popular dish Tagine, a dish containing meat and veggies and is named after the earthen pot used to cook the dish over a slow coal fire.
