GM plans making India home to a global platform by 2014
General Motors India grew by 60 percent last year which was twice the pace that the overall car industry grew. But its last two launches have met with moderate success specially the small car Beat. So how much of an assault would GM have to launch to stay on track? Answering this GM says it is aggressively working towards making India home to a global platform by 2014.
